We have an exciting position for a SHE Manager to join our team in Bromborough reporting to the Site Director and part of the senior leadership team.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing and influencing positive changes within the organisation, supporting the development of a Health & Safety culture across the site, working with all key stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive HSE culture.

Your Role

  • To champion Health, Safety and Environment at our Bromborough site in partnership with Line Management, by advising, guiding and coaching on all matters relating to site action plans and monitoring performance. Safety is a condition.

What you’ll need

  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels will be second to none, along with first class communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Meticulous organisational skills will prove invaluable along with ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • A robust and enthusiastic attitude for delivering cultural change that makes our team safer
  • A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) holder in Occupational Health & Safety is a minimum requirement. 
  • Systems knowledge specifically in Excel is essential. 
  • Management systems experience
  • Management systems auditing
  • Previous experience in an FMCG environment is of benefit but not essential as full site training will be given.
